海尔如是说

实话说，一直对海尔这个品牌印象不好，原因是大学毕业后，一做海尔客户服务的同学在工作不到一年就递交辞呈，而且在这期间更是听到她不断的诉苦和抱怨。不过，大连本地的居民对于海尔这个品牌印象却不错，尤其是中年人，冰箱、空调、洗衣机、热水器这些小家电，海尔都是首选，或许海尔的质量真的不错吧。不过海尔在售后服务的任务交接上却不能够得到好的分数，也难怪当初那位同学要放弃还算优厚的待遇而“逃之夭夭”呢。

由于单位装修，连续休息已经有半个多月的时间，在春节就应该清洗的油烟机终于被正式的提上日程，选了一个风和日丽的日子，给海尔的统一服务热线4006999999打电话，询问清洗油烟机事宜。

在两次反复确认之后得知需要清理的机器属于欧式的，在告知详细的家庭住址之后，接线小姐说稍后会有清洗师傅打电话确认服务时间。

事情发展到这，对于海尔的售后服务来说，都能够称得上是满分，尽管在这期间接线小姐将机型的中式和欧式型号弄混（这涉及到清洗的价钱），但是在挂线之后就及时的回电更正了自己的失误，还是值得赞赏的。不过，同清洗师傅的对话尽管也是“风平浪静”，但是却总觉得有些不对劲。 阅读全文 »

In China, we have the only electricity provider called State Grid, there is no other companies which has the rights to run any kinds of electricity. It is a government industry, and accept supervisions from the government and society, basically it works well at the present.

小评热门电影

提起电影，还是能够淡淡的想起很多年前爸爸带着我去电影院看一部电影的场景，电影的名字忘记了，也忘记了电影的内容，但是却记住了电影院门口蹲在地上的乞讨者和算卦人，还有三三两两叼着烟头用不屑或者屑的眼光打量着进进出出的观众的小流氓们。

若干年后，互联网发达了，电视数字化了，电影院的设施也进步了，于是不再关注在电影剧情和创作之外的事情，而是着情于那些花花绿绿的海报和宣传了。但是事实证明，宣传越大的电影却不见得就是好电影，而这些唯有观众在亲自观看之后才会明确，当然，像本文这样的影评和朋友之间的“口碑”传送或许也是一条好的分辨渠道。
